Ingredients 1 cup Thai tea, filtered or unsweetened 2 cups coffee, filtered 3 cups sugar, filtered (optional) 1 cup coconut milk 1 teaspoon Thai ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional), to taste 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, to taste) Directions To make the tea, stir together the coffee, sugar, and coconut milk in a bowl.
Whisk in the turmeric and cinnamon and stir until well blended.
Add the coconut oil and stir to combine.
Pour into a mug and add 1 tablespoon coconut milk at a time, whisking well until all of the milk has been added.
